So does anyone ever struggle with being sick and when to start back? I feel great and I have some energy back but I don't want to go out and kill my immune system today where I just feel like crap all weekend.
Who hates biking? You know I can't seem to relax on the bike like I used to when I was a kid. It always seems I am so focused and trying to hit a number on the bike because I struggle with it so bad. When I run I can enjoy the views and the weather and focus or just chill and put in the time. I guess that is why I struggle on the bike. Not sure but it most likely is in my head.
You guys have a good day and I will leave you with this.... HAVE A GOOD DAY!

The problem with cycling IMHO is that you have to ride forever to get the same benefit as running. It's inefficient. Mountian biking is better. Either way, at least your outside and you see stuff.
Swimming just stinks period. I cannot believe you hate the bike worse than the pool! It's a great workout but its totally boring. How long can you look at the bottom of the pool and stay interested? Now if you could get a pick-up water polo game going that would be better. You would get a great workout and get to beat up people to keep yourself interested.
Well, you asked.

Cool that you found the IM clock. I have that on my blog also but the days left for me is almost down to 100.
If you love triathlon you have to learn to love all three sports. I used to hate swimming, now I love going to the pool.
