Had my swim and run yesterday. I hopped out of the pool after a 2500 set workout. Felt great, my shoulders were a little sore but nothing unusual. Changed in the locker room and took off for my run. Well the knee is still tight but I was able to run and felt good doing so. It is going to take pure will to get through this Ironman. I plan on getting some deep tissue work done this week on my leg, which should help the situation. I will update you on that experience later this week.
So has everyone already laid out their gear for the Ironman and pretty much have it packed? I would like to hear what you have prepared for each stage of the Ironman. Let me know!

interesting we touch on the same thing today.
Bummer about the doctor. Can you find one who is runner oriented? Good about the run though.
