Well with my new job I haven't been able to focus very well. It is really effecting my training. It is probably more about change then it is I am actually doing work. I really need to figure out how I am going to train. I already have figured out what I am going to train to, so I just need to get out there and do it and see what works.
Anyway, I have been trying to get to 10 or 12 miles a week of running (I hear the skaf of those training for an Ironman or just doing regular training!!!) with lifting and some biking. That is going ok but I am having some hamstring problems the last two runs, so that means 60 bucks to get my leg worked out. Ohh well the cost of being a little boy.
Well take care out there and have a good week!!!

Good luck getting back on track.
With that low mileage, STEP AWAY FROM THE SPEEDWORK, run EZ for all runs until you heal up (u need to build back your base anyway). Then throw in some striders/pick-ups on 1 run per week when you're feeling better.
Talk to you later dude...
