GOOD MORNING!!!

Well it seems my fan club has grown and they all seemed to have noticed my statement about my Latino friend LR. Well it seems they didn't like Latino and the fact that I implied he may have stolen his GPS watch. He is latino and he may have stolen it, I am not sure yet but there is an on going investigation. Ohh well.... but here is a picture of him at his night job....

The workouts this week have been good. I hurt my hip a little but nothing ice and heat want fix but it is really tight today. The pool this morning seemed to help. I am hoping it goes away soon because I have two weeks until race day. I am feeling really strong on the runs and the bike I am just OK and for some reason my swim seems below average for me. I am not sure why. I think I am just not motivated to hit it hard. I am sure it will come around. Have a good day...
