Well it seems that taking off a long weekend did me some good. I am sore today but just from running 6 miles. Nothing major. Hip feels a lot better but I will need to ice it tonight after church just to continue the healing. My legs feel tight but I haven't been on top of stretching really well. Probably the main reason for the injury.
So one of my training partners had a bad bike crash last week. He has some deep cuts on his knees and some bruising around the head from where the helmet cracked when he fell. I hope to never have a crash like that. It sounds pretty bad. He is getting it worked on. Seems that a guy was making a U-turn and blocked him as he was going down hill. He jerked to get around once he passed he looked back to see where the vehicle was and he tumbled. He doesn't even know what happened. He rode his bike the rest of the way home. He is doing good this week but he needs to chill since we have Festival of Flowers coming up in a couple of weeks. We will have to see what happens there.
Well have a good week...
The wife is getting really close to having this kid. I can't wait!!!
