End of Week 16 training...

Well the week 16 training (build phase) was pretty tough. I didn't get all of my middle week bike rides in but I was able to get the long a grueling ones out over the weekend. The week was OK but my schedule was hosed. I was able to complete the long stuff with just tightness and no injuries, which is a good thing. Week 15 will be just as tough but I should be able to complete the workouts so I am stoked for that.
