Man this is tough...

The kid is great and very healthy! The wife is doing great and plans on doing a 5K later this year. Anyway, training is OK. It seems when I reach 1000m in the pool that my ear starts to have a sharp pain in it like the water is trapped or something. I am going to use an ear plug to see if that helps and if so then no doctor is required. Other then that my legs ache but that is to be expected. I have had some quick sharp pains in my hips but they are when I turn a certain direction and I will probably go get a deep tissue massage to see if that helps. Anyway, training is still going strong. I did miss a workout here and there but I am pretty much on schedule.
