Well I went to my deep tissue guy yesterday and my leg feels pretty good besides being sore from the work he did on it. I can't wait to run tonight to see what happens. He also suggested that I NOT do one more long run, instead just get to the start line of the race and if something happens out there, I will have to WILL myself across the finish line. If I go out for one more long run and I do some more damage to the leg then I don't even get to race. Great points and I think I will listen to that instead of being hard headed about it.
So it seems everyone is pretty much packed up for the Ironman in Florida. I AM NOT! I really need to think about that this weekend. We will see. I have one issue with my wetsuit where it seems to rub really bad against the right side of my neck. I didn't use much body glide in that spot so that might do it but I am going to have one more test run before just to make sure that takes care of the issue.
