Ironman pics...
Well I started off the week with some lifting and a spin class this morning. Felt really good. The hamstring is still really tight so I plan on spinning or swimming and stretching until it starts to let go a little before I attempt any type of run. Other then that, I was in the gym at 530 to get ready for next season. WATCH OUT SC Clydesdales!!!

thats awesome man. YOu really did have all the speed of a gazelle in the body of Clydesdale. My hat is tipped to you sir. By hat I mean my IMFL finishers hat, just like yours. Thank god their is no times on it.
