IT KEEPS ON COMING...
Well it seems that after I start to get some momentum, I hit a wall. Seems I have gotten the acute bronchial asthma again. AWESOME! So that has stopped everything for me and work is getting busier by the day. So time to get in a good workout has been ZERO! I feel pretty good today but still coughing a good bit. Anyway, nothing new but I am feeling better and hope to get some good running in after I get rid of this. Stinkin' allergies!

Hi guys, I hope that you all are getting settled in and congrats on baby number two. You probably already know that I just had baby number dos about 2.5 months ago and things are going good. A little adjustment, but a great one. I also wanted to let you know that the Greensboro birthing center is a great place to have a baby. Anyhow, now that you guys are back in NC, hpoefully we will see you guys around so our little ones can chat. --Blaine, and guys
