Nicely done...

Well it seems this training thing really works. Seriously I am feeling wore down after the long weekend but I have so far been able to complete my training during this recovery week. I think I have chosen a good plan and feel very confident in my abilities and current health. I biked last night for an hour and swam and lifted this morning. The swim was an interval type workout, which I have never really done for swimming. I really enjoyed it because it doesn't make it boring like the usual swimming a straight 1500m. I have a run tonight which I need to do some minor interval work but nothing to hard because I really do need to recover from the weekend.
I don't know how much weight I will lose but I don't think it will be as much as I thought. I am currently around 205 in the morning but I have been that for a week now. I go up to 209 but it is usually 205. I have about 10 pounds I can lose and I am looking forward to my increase in training to see what happens there. I want to be able to fit into my new swimsuit...


















Does anyone have a good soluble vitamin that they take out there in blog world? Let me know I am doing some basic research on what would be a good one to take.
